Conclusion

Aroma Foods is for all the people in the world. Take them under advice. If taking too much of them, drink some fluids such as milk, juice, soup, congee to dilute it very quickly. Just like eating too much sage or garlic, you can feel really upset with you digestive system and get dizzy if you take very high concentrate Aroma Product in large amount. As long as the aroma concentrate is under 0.6%, it can be added into foods at 1:100 or lower portion. Therefore, you can add 100 drops of Gp1 Lavender (0.1%) to 100ml or more of water, juice or soup. However, for people who has autoimmune diseases such as allergy, eczema, they must reduce the concentration because they already are more allergic to fruits and some proteins.
